Brief

Shoot the shaving set so that metal reads as metal and bristle as bristle. The catalogue needed an object rather than a display case: with weight, with texture, with a clear sense of how it sits in the hand.

Light

Key light is a narrow softbox above and slightly behind, so the chrome picks up a long highlight down the handle. Fill from a reflector on the left, almost nothing: the shadows keep the volume without falling into black.

Framing
